It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen stuff, and a TV. They once gave me water at night. I'll be back for Easter!

Quiet atmosphere, unbeatable setting, spacious rooms. Nice welcome from host. Nice to have a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron available. Amazing bathroom there. Easy access to Le Cabasson Estamin, just 15 minutes walk. Would recomand to anyone.

the location was unbeatable and particularly good and a motor museum was easily accessible. we stayed in apartment and appreciated the view of garden.

The apartment at The Sparkling Castle in Reims was cozy and comfortable. The bedroom had a lovely ambiance and the bed linen was soft and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, while the balcony provided a beautiful view of the garden. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV in the evening. the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

Great location, just a stone's throw from the city center and the Caves. 👍 Good to see they had smoke detectors for safety.

The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and had lovely seating areas where senior people could relax and enjoy their surroundings. Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with ramps and handrails available throughout the premises, making it easy for us to navigate and feel safe during our stay.

I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance and consideration from them would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

The beautifully modern setup, spacious and high-spec facilities make for a pleasant experience. Guests can enjoy a great view from the balcony overlooking the Pommery Champagne house. The friendly and helpful staff, like Audrey, add to the overall positive experience.

The 24-hour security gave us peace of mind, and the lift made it convenient to reach our high-floor balcony with a stunning view. The host, Audrey, was extremely friendly and spoke great English. She made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the simple check-out process. All in all, our stay here was absolutely fantastic and we cannot wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Audrey and The Sparkling Castle. The apartment was lovely, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed for my stay and was beautifully decorated. The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby. I particularly enjoyed being so close to the Champagne houses, making it easy to explore and taste different champagnes. It was also very convenient to get downtown to see the Cathedral and the Palace, as well as explore the countryside by train or car. The bonus of having private parking was also a plus. I highly recommend this apartment for a delightful stay in Reims.

Despite the minor inconvenience of having to wait for the keys to be handed over, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The only other drawback was the lack of air conditioning during the heatwave, but that was beyond the control of the host.
